AYURITI - Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

HealthSignz Technologies Pvt Ltd is the author and publisher of the internet resource WWW.AYURITI.COM, AYURITI APP (together, “Websites and Applications”). Ayuriti Owns and operates the platform and connected applications, facilitating the service providers to provision health care services to consumers via the platform.

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Additional Terms of Use, together with any other policies which may be applicable to specific portions of Websites and Applications and any disclaimers which may be present on the Websites and Applications  are referred to as "Agreement".

The Agreement supersedes all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to You.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Agreement for any reason and at any time without assigning any reason, and your use of the Websites and Applications and applications following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement so modified.

You acknowledge that you will be bound by this Agreement for availing any of the Services offered by us. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please do not use the Websites and Applications and Applications or avail any Services.

Your access to use of the Websites and Applications, applications and the Services will be solely at the discretion of Ayuriti.

The Agreement is published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to:

  1. the Indian Contract Act, 1872,
  2. the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and
  3. the rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed there under, including the (Indian) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”), and the (Indian) Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (the “IG Rules”).

The Agreement applies to you whether you are -

  1. Registered Consumer and/or Unregistered consumer using Ayuriti Website and/or Applications
  2. A medical practitioner and/or health care provider (whether an individual professional or an organization) or wellness service provider (whether an individual professional or an organization), similar institution wishing to be partner, or already partner with Ayuriti, including designated, authorized associates of such practitioners or institutions (“You” or “User”);or
  3. A patient, his/her representatives or affiliates, searching for Practitioners through the Website (“End-User”, “you” or “User”);or

This Agreement applies to those services made available by Ayuriti on the Websites and Applications and applications, which are offered to the Users (“Services”), including the following:

The Services may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of Ayuriti, and the Agreement will apply to your visit to and your use of the Websites and Applications and applications to avail the Service, as well as to all information provided by you on the Websites and Applications and applications at any given point in time.


You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the Services, or visit or use the Websites and Applications and applications in any manner. By registering, visiting and using the Websites and Applications and applications or accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant to Ayuriti that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the competency, right, authority and capacity to use the Websites and Applications, applications and the Services available through the Websites and Applications and/or Applications, and agree to and abide by this Agreement.

  1. Return and cancellation Policy

You may request returns for most items you buy from AyuRiti App and AyuRiti.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.

Items are returnable if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on AyuRiti. 

Return Window:

Return window for all product categories is 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return an item: 

  1. Go to your orders and locate the order you wish to return.
  2. Click on Return or Replace Items.
  3. Select a reason for return and enter comments.
  4. Click 'Submit'.

Guidelines for returning an item:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with AyuRiti refund policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. Your will receive the refund with in 7-10 working days.


The item you have ordered can be cancelled at any time before the shipment of the product.


If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available.

Return pick up terms:

Complete Product: All in-the-box items, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.



As mandated by Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, Ayuriti hereby informs Users that they are not permitted to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:

  1. belongs to another person and to which the User does not have any right to;
  1. harm minors in any way;
  2. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
  3. violates any law for the time being in force;
  1. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
  2. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
  1. making any unsolicited communications to other Users;
  2. using any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Website;
  3. attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Website;
  1. circumventing or disabling any digital rights management, usage rules, or other security features of the Software.

Ayuriti shall be entitled to assign or transfer all or any of its rights, obligations, or remedies under this Agreement at any time to any third party without prior consent of any of the Parties to this agreement.

Any delay, inability, omission or failure of Ayuriti to exercise any of its rights under this Agreement shall not affect or impair or be deemed to be a waiver of its rights under this Agreement and neither shall it be deemed to affect or impair Ayuriti’s rights with respect to any continuing or subsequent default of the other Party of the same or different nature under this Agreement. It is agreed that no specification in this Agreement of any particular remedy shall be construed as a waiver or prohibition of any other remedies in the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and operate as if the severed provision had not been included.

The Parties hereby irrevocably agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and determine any legal proceedings and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement.
